Technical Program Leadership
I ship complex programs into production, and leave behind the playbooks, frameworks, and cadences that keep them running without me.
Technical program leader with 8+ years across auto lending, insurance, and consumer credit data. Every substantive thing I've delivered went out under compliance, risk, or regulatory constraint.
Shipping complex programs into production under real constraint: AI adoption, platform scaling, payments modernization, usually through teams I don't own.
Playbooks, risk registers, readiness checks, triage runbooks, reporting cadences. The machinery that outlives the engagement and lets the program keep running after I move on.
Most of what makes a program move never shows up in a status report: reading the room, building the relationship before you need it, the small gestures that compound. The Work Between the Lines is where I write about that.
I take on a limited number of consulting and fractional engagements: standing up, rescuing, or scaling complex delivery programs, and leaving behind the operating model that keeps them running.
Let's talk about your program →I'm also exploring senior program and delivery leadership roles where execution rigor meets regulated-industry constraint.
